Nalabagam (Nalapakam) means “Nala's cooking,” referring to exceptionally delicious, expertly prepared, or high-quality food, derived from King Nala of the Mahabharata, a master chef. It signifies perfectly balanced, aromatic, or artisanal cuisine.
