1. About Nalabaagam
Nalabaagam is a home-based Indian food delivery service operating in Redmond, Bellevue, Sammamish, and Duvall, Washington. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Ordering
- Orders are accepted for Monday and Thursday delivery only.
- Orders must be placed before 6:00 PM PT the day before delivery.
- Menu availability may vary by date. Items are subject to daily limits.
- By placing an order, you confirm that your delivery address is within our service area.
3. Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel your order at no charge before 6:00 PM PT the day before delivery using the cancel link in your order receipt. A full refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method.
- Cancellations requested after the 6:00 PM PT cutoff may not be accepted, as food preparation begins the evening before delivery.
- For late cancellation requests, please contact us on WhatsApp and we will do our best to accommodate you.
4. Payment
- Payment is collected securely at the time of order placement.
- We accept credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay via Stripe.
- Prices listed include applicable Washington State sales tax (10.2%). A delivery fee may apply based on your location.
- Prices are subject to change without notice.
5. Delivery Area
We deliver to the following areas in Washington State:
- Redmond
- Bellevue
- Sammamish
- Duvall
Deliveries to addresses outside these areas may incur additional fees or may not be available. We will contact you if your address is outside our standard service area.
6. Food Safety & Allergens
Our food is prepared in a home kitchen that may contain common allergens including nuts, dairy, gluten, and soy. If you have a food allergy or dietary restriction, please contact us before ordering. We cannot guarantee allergen-free preparation.
7. Refunds
- Cancellation refunds: Orders cancelled before the 6:00 PM PT cutoff receive a full refund automatically to the original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
- Quality issues: If you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery via WhatsApp. We handle refund and replacement requests on a case-by-case basis.
- We do not store your card details. All refunds are processed securely through Stripe back to your original payment method.
8. Limitation of Liability
Nalabaagam's liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
