When you place an order with Nalabaagam, we collect your name, phone number, email address (if provided), delivery address, and order details. We do not store payment card information.

How to request deletion

To request deletion of all your personal data, contact us directly on WhatsApp with your name and phone number used to place orders:

• We will confirm receipt of your request within 2 business days.
• Your personal data will be deleted within 30 days of your request.
• Order records required for tax compliance may be retained in anonymized form for up to 12 months as required by law.
• You will receive a confirmation once deletion is complete.
